Sleep Support

We use a combination of cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and hypnosis to support you in getting a better nights sleep. CBT allows you to identify and reframe behaviours which may stop you sleeping well. Hypnosis helps you to relax and get the assistance of your uncoscious mind to sleep well and easily.
